Just so you know every cunt that passes through will talk at the top of their voice if they're in company. If it's a brick/concrete wall you won't notice this as much but since we replaced our concrete wall with a wood fence I can really hear them.
Other than that not much bother.

Have to say he doesn't have the greatest track-record in management - but if he's there for specific motivational reasons then it could be a great appointment. I think as has been said elsewhere we usually concentrate too much on formations and tactics and not enough on motivations and the spirit in the team.
